Purchased two new French doors and back door from Primo. When we ordered we were told lead time was 6-8 weeks and it was “spot On”. Doors were installed two weeks after they arrived, the installers both names Juan were fantastic with communication, cleanliness, professionalism and speed. Three sets of wood exterior french doors, 18yrs old, we wanted to replace with fiberglass. Called 2 companies, Primo and OC (other company). Primo said great, shoot me some pics. OC said great, we'll set up meeting. OC came out. 3 grueling hours later the bottom line was utterly ridiculous from product to price.  Anthony at Primo emailed me a quote from the pics--the doors we wanted at a price we had envisioned. Entire process went down just like it started- Easy, no pressure, very responsive. Juan & another gentleman did the installation. They also replaced hardware on 2 other doors. Perfect is rarely the right word but it fits here. After linking up with Jason, I shared what we were looking for and our need didn't quite fit the typically timeline for ordering, building and installing a new door. Jason jumped thru hoops to help us meet our timeline and was able to beat our expectations as well as the target date! I can't say enough about the over the top customer service as well as the installation crew. This is my second time to use Primo Doors and they keep getting better and better.  Once again, they were very patient with me in picking out my door and hardware and I never once felt rushed or pushed into making a decision.  When the door was delivered, the workers did a great job installing the door.  They were very meticulous in leveling the door for a perfect fit. We had an incredibly pleasant experience working with the Primo Doors team on two projects back-to-back. The first one was for the installation of French doors inside our home leading to my wife's Fine Arts studio. The second, and main one, was for the installation of a large iron/steel double door for our home's front entrance. It needed to make a bold, modernized and elegant statement. The Primo Doors team expressed patience with us during the design consultations and our multiple iterations while providing excellent technical advice. This expertise and professionalism carried on both projects through the quote process all the way to final delivery and installation. The main entrance steel double door to the house is a work of art. It delivers on every aspect of our vision. The quality of the construction is excellent. It's a very heavy door but it rotates on its hinges as if it was on ball bearings. The seals are tight. The closing is sound and smooth with a nice sharp "click". Push it hard to close and it doesn't slam or rattle. Sound insulation is noticeably improved compared to our old door. They do not use contractors for the installation, only their own and well-trained technicians. The job site will be left clean for you when they leave after a careful final inspection. By working with Primo Doors, you support your local economy and a family-owned business that cares about your complete satisfaction rather than working with a large corporation that only cares about shareholders returns. I've had the pleasure of speaking to Jason twice on the phone now, a few months apart each time, to troubleshoot some issues we were having with an existing door installed by our builder. He has provided clear guidance on different solutions to pursue to help resolve our issue based on his experience. The issue was straightforward and simple enough to understand immediately and provide quick, easy  recommendations. They didn't bother charging an outrageous fee to come out and have a 10 minute conversation (a second company I reached out to prior was going to charge me a fairly high fee to just come out and look without taking the time to understand my questions first). I've had a really positive experience and will not hesitate reaching out to them in the future should we choose to replace any doors in our home. We had a new custom mahogany front door installed on our house.  It is the best!! It opens and closes with just a click and the installers did a great job with the threshold and the trim. Our house in Houston is modeled after a center entrance, New England, saltbox colonial.  It was built in 1978. The doors pictured were badly weathered and no longer repairable. Experts at Primo Doors showed up willing to build and install new doors in keeping with the colonial style of architecture -- including cast iron thumb latches. We adore our new primo doors. We had just installed new doors in 2022 and then in 23 our house was broken into. We tried to go through our original supplier but ran into so many issues and ultimately decided to go with a new company. Thats when we stumbled across Primo and we are SO happy we did. I called Primo Doors to repair a door that would not shut. Mario,  the service, man arrived  within 2 hours. Mario introduced himself looked at the problem and told me what he needed to do .   He was friendly and very pleasant and them completed the job. He cleaned up the work area before he left. I will recommend Primo Doors for any door repair or installation of new doors. 1/29/23. Just had an 8-foot iron door with sidelights installed on Friday 1/26/23. It took exactly 12 weeks to get the door just like they said it would. Ricky was the salesman who couldn’t have been more informative or nice. After ordering, Allison provided me with information and excellent customer service over the next 12 weeks. Samuel did a great job on the installation. After door was installed, I emailed Jason that same day about a couple of minor issues. He called me back that afternoon and scheduled Mario to come out to see the issues on Monday. Mario, who measured the door for the custom build, just left my house after remedying the minor issues. He’s really nice, and very experienced and knowledgeable. Long story short, iron door looks great and customer service at Primo from top to bottom is outstanding. UPDATE: We received our order as scheduled. Pick-up was easy and straight-forward. The door is looking so beautiful upon installation, a solid piece, and we look forward to seeing the final finish as we get further along in our renovation. Ricky's sales service is excellent! He's great at following-up every step of the way to ensure we received his initial quote and final invoice/pay link within a timely manner. After experiencing "sticker shock" at several other companies, my wife heard about Primo on the radio. I went over and Jason was great in explaining all the pros and cons of wood & fiberglass doors. I saw his steel doors and loved them. Ultimately, we had our door with sidelights replaced with a beautiful double steel door and at a far better price than we had been quoted elsewhere for fiberglass. Love that we can open the glass especially at Christmas. We also purchased a new fiberglass door for the back.  The doors are amazing and the workmen did a great job on the install. After interviewing multiple vendors - companies & individuals - Primo was recommended to me by a remodel company. From the first conversation with Ricky Burleson, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with even if it cost me a bit more money. To my surprise, they were well within my budget and straightforwardness of the proposal and communication was much appreciated after getting the "hard sell" from other companies.  I had two French doors replaced. Every employee I encountered in this process was pleasant and had the desire to make sure I was pleased with the job.  And I was.  The doors came in during the timeframe stated, doors were exactly as stated, install went exactly how they said and pricing did not change because they had done a thorough inspection beforehand to ensure they knew what need to be done in advance. I had a break in and my front door was just destroyed. I needed a replacement fast and nobody else could do it quickly. These folks came to my rescue and had a new door in place the very next day. Rick Burleson did a great job of finding a door that met the requirements of my Homeowners association. They were rewriting the rules as we went so it took patience to meet their demands. Juan and his helper did a wonderful installation job and were neat and cleaned up thoroughly when done. We needed a small adjustment and they came right back and took care of up. Ricky, went over and above to sens pictures of my door choices superimposed onto my house so that I could decide which one I liked the best.   Those pictures changed "what I thought I wanted" to what actually looked the best!  The whole process with Primo Doors was exceptional! I couldn't be happier with my new front door and the service the Primo team provided.  They were great to work with--after reviewing their excellent website, I visited in person (be sure and bring pix of your house and door measurements for maximum help).  They explained how the doors are made and offered constructive suggestions on style and staining so that the door compliments my brick and has good curb appeal.  They even helped me pick new hardware a few days later when I decided I wanted that too. Finally, I got good suggestions on how to maintain the door to make it last. Although we had a very nice solid wood front door, our inside hallway was dark as we have no window or side panels at the entranceway. The best solution was to replace the door with one with glass panel. I did some internet research and settled on Primo doors. Jason got back promptly with a quote then we visited the showroom where Mirna was a big help with the selections. The door arrived and was installed on schedule. Absolutely, the best door company out there ! I stumbled across a post on Ask Cyoress when someone ask for front door replacement recommendations. Primo Doors was recommended by several people on the post and after being highly disappointed by Home Depot. I sent off an email to Primo Doors. Within an hour, I received a response back from Jason. He was very knowledgeable and dialed into what my vision was. After several emails, he let me know my options and let me decided. I loved that he was not a high pressured salesman. I went to the shop and looked at my options and decided on what door I wanted. My previous door was a single door with two sidelites. I thought that’s what I “had” to get, but Jason advised me I could do double doors, which was my vision from when I purchased my home. BONUS, it cost LESS to do double doors ! I was ecstatic! I was able to get my double doors and pay less, who wouldn’t want that ! Three weeks later, my doors were installed today and I’m in love with how it turned out ! These days, no matter who you’re dealing with, there is always a certain amount of trepidation with a vendor.  We searched various suppliers for new front doors.  Finally decided on someone closer to our location, and we had a better “feeling”.  They also kinda set the standard for others to match. Dealing with Joe and Jason at Primo Doors seemed toooooo easy.  they were straight-forward with answers and data.  provided pictures and details of everything.  They even helped us NOT make a mistake with door pulls.  One model was a knuckle-buster compared to others and we had originally chosen that one. Prices were honored.  Dates were kept (even exceeded).  Work was better than promised. They knew what they were doing even though it looked like they were disassembling my house.  Measurements were accurate, the products fit as intended. What more can I say.  We’re happy.  Doors have been in about a month and no call-back for “niggley” issues. Great service, took longer than expected due to current situation (COVID-19), but they were on top to schedule our installation. We have had Primo Doors install 5 doors for us over the last couple of years. They made a beautiful 6-0 x 8-0 double iron doors for the front of our country house and a 3-0 x 8-0 iron door for our back door. We also ordered (10) 3-0 x 8-0 interior wood doors for the interior of the country house. The quality and craftsmanship of all their products has exceeded our expectations. The owner, Jason and his staff were always accessible and very helpful in giving you suggestions. Thanks Jason for helping us and installing two French doors. We had an office room with two French doors that were not noise proof. Jason and his salesperson recommended to replace them with the exterior weatherstripped ones. They also built a low rising threshold. They did a great job and everything went as planned. Jason and his team at Primo Doors give excellent, personal care. They helped me select and design a door solution that worked for my needs, and they did all the installation (and deinstallation and removal of my old door) in a timely manner. I needed a custom designed door with window transoms because of the size of the opening, and they were able to create and order all of the pieces to make it look like it had always been part of the house. Primo Doors was a great experience.  We replaced our front door on our home.  Joe was very attentive and gave us a lot of options to review.  He was patient, but followed up regular enough to get the job done.  Once we committed and had the door ordered the install process was great. We are very happy with our new front door! Mark helped us through the selection process (style, stain, lock hardware) and we visited Primo Doors maybe four times and never felt pressure from Mark to make a purchase; he always answered our questions and provided his expertise. On day of install, Mario arrived on-time, removed our old door, installed new door and lock with new weather-strips. The new door opens/closes smoothly and securely thanks to Mario’s precision. After considering a number of alternatives, Primo was hands down the best service we found for replacing our front door. The price cannot be beat for what they deliver in product quality and installation. I recommend visiting the showroom to understand the selection and talk to the sales folks. Teri streamlined the process, understanding our budget, helping us select the door and hardware to suit, and managing the delivery. We have been looking for a new entry door, but they are so expensive and the quality was not that good.  My son-in-law recommended Primo Doors, so we called them.  Even we live outside of Houston area, they helped us pick out the door, then they installed it.  All services from Primo Doors was excellent, sales team helped us by giving us all the information we needed to make a decision.  Installers were polite and very knowledgeable. Primo Doors was able to get us 2 doors for what we would have paid for 1 at the other places I checked. Solid wood front door that is higher quality than the other places, and fiberglass flush glass for our kitchen. Great quality, and awesome service. No complaints.  My front door opening is non-standard and required some customization to fit any standard sized doors.  My old front door was 74" high and any tall person who walked in would hit their head on it.  Primo removed that door, sidelites, etc and replaced with double 8 ft x 32" doors that had to be trimmed down on top and bottom by a couple of inches to fit in my opening.  Their installer came out before I was charged anything to make sure this door could actually fit and he did an excellent job on the install later.  Dealt with Clint on the sale and Jason for scheduling.  Door looks great and its now a big enough opening to drive a car into the house if I wanted to.  I had been to Glasscraft who manufactures the door and they told me this install was not possible with my opening size-wrong!

We spent time researching vendors for a new door.  Several simply didn't care if they had your business.  Primo doors, however, had prompt and relevant communication right away.
